Got through the first week and to be honest I’m feel charged, positive and looking forward to the next week.

I’ve lost 7lb since Friday and that’s just down to the C25K. So glad I started this.

Losing seven pounds in less than a week does not sound sustainable and it is highly unlikely that three thirty minute workouts have been the sole reason. C25K is not a weight loss programme, as explained in the guide to the plan. healthunlocked.com/couchto5... along with many other tips.

Well done, but you may find that the weight loss was a blip

Thanks for your support.

I’m sure it’s not sustainable and you’re right it’s a blip. C25K is a routine that I hope will get me healthier physically and mentally and that’s what I hope will enable me to move forward with weight loss. As for the blip, well I have plenty of pounds to get rid of and I’m under no illusion that they are going to fall off over night.

Looking forward to the next run 🏃‍♂️
