Completed the first run of week five this evening.

I found it not exactly easy, but not overly challenging, in a positive way!

I think I may struggle slightly with the 8 minute run, my legs can get extremely achey during the run even with stretching before hand. I’m going to try my hardest!

Rewarded myself for my run this evening with a home made spag bol and a Krispy Kreme doughnut for pudding! 💁🏻‍♀️

Well done you! I did this one this morning. Had a hiccup mid way as ended up going uphill so had to walk a little . Still thinking about moving on or repeating the same run. We’re still a long way from where we started eh?

The donut sounds the perfect reward!!
