So - currently walking the Vermillion Coast.....Day 1 (of 6) graph is as attached. My question is....Do I park W3 R3 until next week....or does doing this count.....or should I still try and get my runs in ?!?

If you can still get your runs in then do so, otherwise wait until you can get back to them. Sorry walking/climbing that hump 😄 doesn't count as you will have used different muscles. You willhave improved your aerobic fitness though. Enjoy your holiday.

Personally, if it was me, I would try to keep doing them. This is because if I missed a week, I would lose momentum.
Could just be my weak mental state, though...
