Feeling fitter already!

W3r1 done. Actually feeling fitter. I was dreading the 3 minute jogs but didn’t find them anywhere near as hard as I thought they would be! The 90 second jogs flew by so fast I almost stopped and checked if Sarah Millican was still with me! Going well so far! Feeling smug (for now!)

I will be doing the same run tomorrow, I am glad to hear you didn't find the 3 minute run too bad.

I have this to look forward to after work - I'm loving Sarah Millican too. Glad to hear it wasn't too bad!

I was surprised by W3R1, I thought I would struggle with the 3 minute runs given that 2 weeks ago the 60 second runs almost killed me! Just goes to show how well this programme works😁
