Feeling fitter!

So after my fear of week 3, it's started well and I've managed to do it, at a slow pace but still! Then to top it off, went to Edinburgh zoo today, which is all steep hills and would've had me panting before but today I had no trouble at all. So happy to be seeing results already! Enjoy a photo of the Penguins

& those hills at the zoo would still have me puffing I think!! (I was trying to think of a pun/ joke re puffins &;penguins but it's too early for me!)
