W7R1 Smashed

Looking back 7 weeks I can’t believe how far I’ve come. For years I’ve wanted to get myself fitter, get myself looking and feeling good.

By committing to C25K and setting up a weight loss plan on MyFitnessPal - I now feel great!

I thrive having goals! Having just a handful of runs left on C25K i needed a new goal... I’ve signed up to a 10K in October.
