Time to make a start

Haven’t ran for years and fitness level at an all time low so I’m ready to make a start - any one else starting this week ?

Myself and my 11 year ikd daughter are starting week 2 today. She keeps me motivated and makes me go out even when I can't be bothered!! Good luck

I made the suggestion to my daughters both 11 and I think they will come with me but on their bikes great when family is supportive- good luck

I started this week done 2 runs. After 1st one was really sore for a couple of days but fine after run 2! Looking forward to running tomorrow after work when kids are In bed! Good luck, on your start we can do this!

Can’t put it off any longer tonight’s the night kids at brigade so home alone we can do this for sure good luck tonight
