I hate running!!! HATE it but today I was determined to get motivated and get out there!

Wow, was it worth it!!! I actually did it and didn’t collapse in a heap halfway through. Actually looking forward to Tuesday! Wish I knew about this years ago!!! 😊

That made me laugh, it could have been me writing that! I have always loved exercise as long as it wasn't running! And what am I doing now? W3r1 done and I have found it more enjoyable than I thought I would. Keep going 😃

Ha, so you don't actually Hate running, you, like the rest of us before starting c25k, could never do it!😆

This is a great training program that actually works... Every run builds you up for the next. Work through the program slow and steady and enjoy your success! 😊

Well done you! I hated running too.. but just come off the treadmill after week 3 run 1 feeling amazing!! Keep at it.. this programme really does work! 😃
