Week 1 in the bag

I’ve just completed week 1, which is the most I’ve ever done :). I’ve started c25k before and done one run and given up, so I’m actually very pleased with myself. Quick question, I am able to do the runs but I am not able to keep up to a brisk walk between the last few runs, should I redo week 1 until I’m more comfortable or move on to Week 2?

Do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Week 2 is only another 30 seconds of running each time, so you might find it better than you think.

Yeah that’s a good point. Will give it a go Tuesday and see how I go, I can always go back to week 1 if I want to :)
