Started on W1R1 today with the grateful support of my teenage daughter. Definitely on a mission to enter my forties at the end of this year with a much stronger and healthier body! Tips welcome.

I'm on a mission to be fit and fifty next year! The hardest part for me was just starting the programme... Take each run slowly and steadily, and you'll do it 😃
The biggest tip I can give is read the guide, good luck!!

The end of the year is a long way off and by that time you will be way past 5k and I bet onto the 10k and feeling a lot fitter.
Sometimes when I struggle (still) I will pick someone who has completed the 5k or 10k and got their badge and go back to their 1 st posts. I sure she will not mind me saying but I went back to Ju-Ju`s 1st posts and like us she was struggling but now a marathon runner no less.
