Ive just finished week 8 run 3. I’m running the first 3k in times that are ok but the last 2k times are really slow. I’ve attached a photo of times. Any tips on getting these times nearer the first 3k ones

I’d say just keep doing your three runs a week and it will come. I’ve been graduated a month and my times have steadily improved. There will be a point where this will level off and more work will be required but right now you’re still building stamina and strength so I reckon you’ll see improvements as you keep running.
1) Those times are not slow
2) Try focussing on getting the first 3 splits closer to the last 2. i.e. start slower and settle on a pace that you can maintain comfortably for 30 minutes. As you build on mileage your speed will improve without really trying.

Pace yourself. Start slower and then you will have more left at the end.
