Week 1 run 1 was the hardest thing I have done in a long time!! Read the pinned FAQs if you haven't already, as they are really helpful. I have just finished week 2 and can't believe I've run for 9 minutes .... 3 weeks ago I couldn't run for a bus!! Good luck, you can do this 😃

Showers can be tough. Try turning the hot water down a bit.
