Week 2 run 2 complete!

I was supposed to do my run early in the morning but was too shattered to get out of bed. Felt bad about it all day but ended up going in the evening with my mum. My main problem with this run was having discomfort in my stomach, I could feel my dinner shaking around even though I'd eaten it an hour before. It was only a light meal too- a few quorn nuggets with salad.

Same for me yesterday. I had intended to do my W2R3 after work and before dinner, but then the kids wanted to go ice skating so off we toddled to the rink, and when we got home at 7 my hubby had (amazingly, for once!) got dinner ready so even though I left the run until 9pm (!! On a Friday night!!) I felt sluggish running , my body must have still been digesting the meal. Note to self for next time... 🤣
