W4 r1 exams and the jelly belly

So it’s been a few days since my last high speed shuffle post as I’ve had to concentrate on revision for business exams which I took yesterday.

So after travelling back from London I decided to de stress with a W4,R1; I really need to address my interpretation of de stress!!, I’m not going to lie I found it hard and had to pause the app a few times just to keep going.

I did keep going and completed it, maybe the lack of the butt sniffing dog, my non-butt sniffing husband or the fact it had been and incredibly stress filled day had an impact but the fact is me and the jelly belly kept at it, pauses and all, that’s ok in my book.

So no weekend studying for me, so tomorrow I’m going to use jelly power to push on through and nail these 5 mins high speed shuffles.

Happy weekend everyone x
