Not my best day!

W3R1...as the title suggests, not my best day. Was really looking forward to getting on with it, then 2 minutes into the first 3 minute run....bad leg got very crampy and had to stop. Not a great start to W3. Will need to repeat, but maybe I'll rest it for a day or 2. A shame really, cos I was doing really well up to this point. Just a minor setback I hope.

Hi, I think you ha e got exactly the right idea! Running can sometimes produce minor ‘niggles’ and often, a little rest (but still walk a bit!) can help. Good luck with the repeat, if you still feel a bit stuck, rest for 2/3 days then go back to week 2, you will get there :-)

Stuff happens. Rest, listen to your body, come back and have another go. The only defeat is giving up entirely.
