On to week 9's set of runs this week, and after running my 30 minutes felt like I was still in the zone and kept on going to try and reach that magical 5k... got there in just a little over 33 minutes
Just goes to show the program works - from knackered in W1 to energised in W9!
Now to get my graduation with my second and third W9 runs, then just the small tiny thing of trying to keep my running up while on holiday for the next 2 weeks.... I'm determined to try!

Fantastic- thanks for sharing, it motivates people like me who have only just begun
Wow, well done you! I did the same run today and was nowhere near to running 5k so I’m in awe. 30 minutes continuous running was enough for me at this stage but hope to hit 5k one day.
