This marks my second week, yesterday I completed the 1st 2nd week podcast. Feeling good, but can't imagine not running without taking the 'recovery walks'.....

Hi - I did my 1st 2nd week today. Found it easier than I thought - but still unimaginably tough - I ran with my son - he said I look like a constipated duck when I run - all bent - I said that's how I feel - as if I'm being ground down into the road. So, I need to work on my technique. Saw someone said about running with your head up - try and keep tall - lets more air into your lungs. Can't imagine running for longer than 90 seconds, but I think that is the beauty of this plan - very, very slow but hopefully very sure and successful. I found the 2 day break excellent - don't think I could have gone out a single day earlier. So, its Tues, Thurs and Sat for me for the next 7 weeks, 4 days! Good luck and hope you keep going. Couldn't manage the breathing bit - will try again next time.

Don't worry about what's to come, if you follow the programme you will be able to do it :) slow and steady is the key

That sounds about right! I remember thinking the same when I started but you just have to focus on the moment you're in. Our trusty Laura will guide you through the weeks and you will astound yourself :)

Everyone says they do it - but I still can't imagine running 3 mins next week. Looking forward to having my 2 days off.
