I just can't believe how this programme works! I feel so great coz I managed to run for 20 minutes!!!!!!! And I could have run for longer. There is no way in would have thought it possible. So, any week 2/3 people who are thinking it's not going to happen, it just Is! Trust it and do It! If I can get this far so can you.
