First run, week 1

Just started my c25k after 6 months of not working out at all. Today was my first run of week 1 and it went ok. I was feeling really happy by the end, though I had a hiccough when I accidentally paused the app during run 5 so the run went on and on without telling me to stop!

I’ve always hated running but I always wished that I didn’t. It would be wonderful to get that endorphin kick for myself without the need for a machine or an instructor.

I hope c25k can help me and get me moving...
