Yesterday was my W2R2. I usually run during the morning hours, but was not feeling great yesterday morning, so thought of taking another day’s break before my next run. By 5pm I was so annoyed not doing my run that I put on my shoes and went for my run.
Good that I did it yesterday. It was such a good feeling after completing the run, keeping up to the schedule. And felt I’m getting better at it, only a very small bit better but hey I’m getting better at it. Never thought I can even run a km and here I’m doing more than 3.

Well done! It is all incremental steps towards the end goal. My next run is 20 minutes continuously and I didn’t think that possible by week 2. Keep going.
