Completed the first run of week 6 last night. This is the first run that I have actually felt confident beforehand. My thinking was that if I can run for 20 minutes then I can do this as it is 18 mins of running in total and I smashed it even managing to run a little faster. Don't get me wrong, it was far from easy but I think my new found confidence helped me through it. Roll on run 2.
