Was dreading the 3 minute run as I've never been able to run that long in 30 years, but I done it and it wasn't has hard as I thought . Am over weight and trying to loose a few stone and this is definitely the way to go ..bring it on

Good work! Running, alongside a healthy diet, will get you svelte for sure! My waist size has decreased dramatically since I started running. Enjoy the programme – you will be delighted by the end of it, when you WILL run for 30 minutes! Take it slow, and watch as your fitness unfolds…
