Last summer I visited Croatia and ran in the boiling heat. I also talked about C25K program with the hosts and their friends, some of whom seemed interested so I sent them the links.
Now I hear that one of the ladies got her friend into our world and they both completed the course, had their first 5K race on Saturday and are going towards 10K!
I feel chuffed! 
(maybe I should start preaching on buses, trains and planes?)
I can just see you with a placard that reads "The end of the 5k run is nigh!(9 weeks or so!)" 😂😂😂😂😂

Well that is just great! I have been gently preaching to colleagues at work, and to my joy, my design partner did her first run of C25K on Saturday. I genuinely feel that running has changed my life so much for the better, that I want other people to give it a whirl!
I did one of my HM dress rehearsals yesterday early and pirouetted around Battersea park, through Sloane and over & around Hyde Park then back the same way. There were so many of us along those routes, it was great to see. I might stop by at Speaker's Corner and shout out our gospel!
