The F word

I failed today. Well... It's not correct. I've made a decision that I will not go run in the morning, as I staied too long yesterday evening. However, I forfot that I won't be able to run after work due to my chiropractor appointment and later my partner is coming back after a week being away and I purely want to spend time with her.

I will try to squeeze the run today. If I don't, nothing bad will happen, I just do my run tomorrow and Saturday instead of today and Friday ;)

Happy running!

Don’t worry. You may be forced to take two or three ‘rest’ days between runs, or more sometimes. The program will still be waiting for you.

I know :) I am 'finishing' it for over a year ;) The important part is that I am going out there and enjoying my runs :D

Hey life has to go on, and to be honest with the beast from the east, you may be better off waiting anyway.

Good luck next time out

Hi, it's not so bad in my small little area. It's cold, but no ice, and very little snow so far. Everywhere around is white, even 5 miles from my home O_O

I am from the East and I am not afraid of any beast! Or something :P

Tomorrow is another day :)

Exactly! It’s too easy to get caught up in the ‘correct’ day etc...Rest days are obviously important but I don’t want to lose sight of why I’m doing this, and that is for enjoyment and to challenge myself, I have enough things in my grown up life that require me to be on time! So no failure at all!😊

I will not consider it a failure as long as I will go to run tomorrow morning ;)

I worries, it is a very small blip in the blips of life! Running is still there for you, waiting to be enjoyed! 😄

It's a lifestyle IgaT, not a rule bound religion :)

A nice break with a loved one is a wonderful thing, enjoy it :) The road will always be there, good people are a tad scarcer in life 😉
