I was a bit nervous starting week 3 and running for 3 minutes but I really enjoyed today! I found running the 3 minutes was ok because I had good music on that I was singing along to in my head and before I knew it the 3 minutes were up! Looking forward to the rest of this weeks runs 😊

I am doing that session this evening. I have always counted steps and breaths, but is it easier if you don't?

Sorry I haven’t opened the app in a while so only seeing this message. Personally I tried the tip of counting my steps and breaths but it didn’t help me much. I felt having a song to go along with helped me control my breathing probably because I knew I had to last the length of the song!
