Was actually looking forward to this run today but was later in starting due to daily life getting in the way! I did wonder if not running as early was going to affect me but it didn't.

Managed fine up until the last minute reminder and thought NOPE not gonna slow down am gonna fight through and I did. Not so out of breath and not so crimson, I think the head wind helped 😂😂

Was back in the running track as my street route woukd take me right past the Academy when the kids would be getting out at break and due to my eldest going there I know a lot of the kids so was not going there, no no no.....
