Post 5 k running - loving the spring weather!

Hi

Never ever thought that I would say this but I am loving running in the morning during this beautiful spring. Such a lovely contrast to the snow and rain of only a month ago.

To all those wise persons who said I must go outside- how right you all were!! I can’t say that I leap out of bed with enthusiasm yet at some bloody aweful time of the morning but once I have my running gear on and have actually ventured outside the front door I begin to really enjoy it. As to if the enjoyment continues when the weather gets cold and dark again I’ll let you all know!

I'm with you - not sure how much i will enjoy the running in winter, but i've managed snow and rain so far so it can't get much worse!
