I can't quite believe I did it, it seemed such a jump from running for 8 mins to 20. This forum has really helped me pace myself. I realised there is no shame in going slowly, I'll try and up my speed at the end of the programme.
I WILL do this! I've never felt so determined before. I have Sanjeev Kholi as my coach (I'm from Glasgow and adore Still Game) and had the biggest goofy smile on my face at the 15min mark when he said he was proud of me! Obviously he was only talking to me and not everyone else! 😂
