Yesterday we walked to Subway - 8 mile round trip!!

This running (I use that term loosely in my case ) lark has reminded me how much I enjoy being outside.

When I was younger I used to walk everwhere so yesterday I had the bright idea that myself, my 13 year old son and my boyfriend should walk to Subway for lunch. Not sure they were that keen but they humoured me anyway!

It was a beautiful day and a lovely walk alongside the sea. I thoroughly enjoyed it - not sure they did but the levels of moaning along the way were just about bearable!
