Good luck to all those doing the London Marathon, hopefully the heat won't be to much of an issue. It's the first time I will be watching it with interest as a runner, not a distance I am ever going to aim for but massive kudos to everyone doing it.

I'm certainly glad I'm not doing it. The heat is bad enough on a 5k. Hats off to all the entrants, and I too will be watching for the first time as a runner 🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️😎
