I did it on a Parkrun Jell6. I did my 5 min speedy warm down then did little runs and walks afterwards. π

I think if you scroll through the posts there is an April graduates post from Bluebirdrunner. If you read that it tells you to let her know your username.
Then your graduate stamp appears when you post on the website π€

A Do it Mand102. I was on my own with others if you know what I mean. As they were running back from mid point they were saying βWell doneβ βGo for it!β I did it in my own time. Iβm going to try a flatter course for my next one. π

I will do it at some point. My barcode is ready and it's only a few minutes walk from where I normally run which is ideal! Just got beaten by my anxiety that day. It's like walking into a pub of strangers on your own haha, not quite got the guts just now.
