Getting tougher each day and this morning was a very slow 6k jog not much better than walking pace but done and good rest after. If I’m learning anything it’s one I have a lot more determination than fitness and stamina and two never attempt anything without rest days. My legs just aren’t recovering even with my eat sleep work run repeat regime. All the more stressful when Fitbit decided to stop communicating with my phone luckily Strava worked so didn’t lose a kilometre on to day 4 tomorrow and thoughts of walking one day are popping in my head now 😳

Keep going you are definitely winning the battle both physically and mentally. It’s not ideal but the sense of achievement will be immense 👍keep going

There will be no shame in walking on alternate days warren...thats still a long walk, and those 6k runs must be pretty tough...look after those legs😉xx
