Retro Runners - Second 1990’s Playlist Released

To all those folks who answered my plea for 90s music - I have now finally got my butt into gear and organised the second one of the 90s. Thanks to the crowd of folk who helped me get to this level. It is about 4 hours of 90s pop, rock, dance, anthems and cheese.

How’s the running. It’s beautiful here today so I had a lovely 16.5 km run first thing, then a long soak before tackling some gardening. My legs are complaining, but in a good way.

Looking forward to taking these tunes for a new playlist. 🤓

Not too bad thanks - I think you may have Lucifer as he’s distinctly absent here. Every day the meteo says it’s going to be warm, and we are still waiting! Nonetheless I am chuffed I have just reached the 33.3% mark on the challenge, ahead of the 33.3% mark for the year. But I have to get these kms in whilst the weather is cool, because if Lucifer returns - running is going to be hard.

16.5km - blimey lady you got back to running fitness very quickly - 15kms seems to be my limit, I struggle to do beyond that. But my view is this year’s challenge really precludes me from pursuing other things like longer runs and doing interval training. That’s for next year I think...

Long soak sounds good - the upcoming water bill precludes any of those too!!

Back in June though for three weeks so maybe a sneaky PCT may be possible?
