Read all of your advise last night and I went for it, I did my last run of week 4 outside with other folk 😎 it was ace, I loved it, it’s sooooo much better than the treadmill, I didn’t get as hot as it was cooler here and windy, but I bloody did it and loved it. Thank you, you lovely people for the advise 😍 week 5 here I come 🏃♀️😎😍
