Took my running kit on holiday but still not totally thrown off this cold so sorry to admit I didn't do my final week 1 run. I did hike to the top of Mount Versuvious! I struggled and had to stop regularly. It was only the last 2miles up to the summit from where busses drop you. My garmin was going crazy recording 44 'floors' climbed in 25 minutes. Did 16k steps that day 1, 12 k steps day 2 and 10k steps today so not exactly a lazy 3 days away!! Will restart week 1 next week.,

A hike is good exercise 🙂 Amazing photo! We were there last year, fascinating place isn't it?

I don't think you need to restart week 1 again, just move on to R3.
