Steps at home

I saw a post the other day about steps at home, can’t remember who posted though, it’s been wandering around in my mine for a while so this morning decided as not running a low impact workout is just what I need so I googled, steps with Rick and found the home workouts on youtube

I did the 15 minute 2000 steps one as going to work soon

My thoughts? nice gentle step video, he talks through it with background music so the time went quick, I think a fun thing to do on rest days that gets you moving but doesn’t impact too much on joints, would I do it again? umm maybe but possibly yoga or other stretching exercise would be better to stretch out your muscles especially if doing C25K

The15 minutes 2000 steps seems a good workout, probably a yoga session would be better for you and Solo, by the way all after effects from my first Covid 19 vaccination on Saturday are long gone, I am wondering if the second vaccination will feel as good as the first, will have to wait a few months.

Fingers crossed the second one is just as good and I’m pleased to hear you didn’t suffer too much, it’s beginning to be interesting that more people have antibodies now due to how many people had covid and how many are vaccinated, there is hope for a future of seeing friends and family

During some of the snowy weather last month I tried a step workout that was recommended over on Strength and Flex.I've done it every now and again as a bit of an extra activity especially when running head been put on hold.

I’m not sure I’ll do it often but with spring coming we can run more

I’ve committed to getting to 60 days of doing all the steps sets as my target, so I think I’ll be using some of these in the near future. Glad to hear it felt like the time went quickly.
