2nd Parkrun

I 'ran' a 5k run this morning, feeling as anxious as the first one. I was nervous due to not enough training and would have been happy to have improved my time. However I did walk a lot as I felt I couldn't push myself more. Surprisingly I was 2 minutes longer which wasn't too bad considering. I think I would have done better if I'd known my time going round. Never mind I'll do better next time. I'm learning each time. At least I wasn't on the couch.

Everyone is so supportive and no one judges. I volunteer at my local one. You could do the same to get a feel for it 😊

I get people telling me I'm an inspiration which really gives me confidence. Try it!
