I'm still finding it difficult to do the parkrun and I think I am going to find one that is more level and I don't have to do the circuit 3 times. I think it gets me down knowing I have to do the route 3 times before I finish and it is really muddy and uneven - tree roots etc.

Will keep you updated if I do a more level one and see if I am happier.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!

Hi, that time of 48.27 for Mapmywalk is pretty good, if you don't like the course because of the mud and tree routes try another course somewhere else, Merry Christmas 🎄🤶🎅🌲

I can identify with that - the one I do is flat and one lap and I love it. A bit far from you though :)

:) There are a few that are close by, so I will check the routes out. Happy Christmas and happy running.

That sounds like ours (AKA the most boring parkrun in London). Three laps, Muddy and up and down.

We did a one lap one recently and I much preferred it.
