So happy to get back out on my usual field route today as the ground was dry enough. I really noticed that it is so much harder to run on grass than the pavement because you don't get the 'bounce' but i don't care i prefer the route so much more.
Feel fantastic after completing my 20 mins run today without stopping (though i must admit i ran slightly longer as I only did 2.5 mins warm up walk lol) & noticing that my recovery is getting quicker. I must be getting fitter
