Just completed week 1 and as I am away with work I am going to add a 4th run rather than start second week. This should be ok? Opinions please?

Do you mean you've had a rest day after W1R3 and then you plan on a 4th go, rather than W2R1? Is this because you don't want a large gap between your W2R1 and W2R2 from being away? Honestly, I don't think it makes much difference if you're doing a 4th week 1 or starting week 2, the important thing is to have a run. So if you get more confidence from the repeat, do that.
Personally if I had successfully done the other runs I would do W2R1, just because it is the next session. Don't worry about "weeks" actually fitting into weeks. Just as rest days just mean have at least one between sessions, but it's fine to have 2 or 3 or etc. consecutive rest days. If you are doing 7 days a week, the double rest day can be wherever you want: I have always aimed for run, rest day, rest day, run, rest day, run, rest day and repeat.
Ultimately go with what gives YOU confidence. There is no reason why you can't go straight to W2R1 and then have a larger gap before W2R2 comes around, but if that makes you uncomfortable, go with your 4th run idea.

If you feel you need to repeat a run then do it, but if you completed the runs, then move on
