Blew my 4th run feeling really bad now

I started my second week of couch to 5k yestereday, and it was all going good til about the mid way point. My legs just began to give out on me and no matter how much I tried to run I could not. Week one went pretty well but week two is off to a bad start, I hope I can get through this. Any advice?

Don't worry. It was a bad run. It happens. Have a rest day and do R2

Relax, slow down and repeat the run. Many people have to repeat runs or even whole weeks, which is the way the plan works. Every run is training for the next one, so if you don't finish it is not a disaster, since you have been building your stamina and fitness. Once you complete, move on. You are in control.

Alright, I was wondering weather I should got W2R2 or redo W2R1. I have heard mixed messages.

Do W2R1 again (only at a slower pace) There's a very good reason that for most weeks of the programme you are asked to complete each session in full 3x. It provides such a solid mental and physical foundation.

Hi, forget it, it was just a practice run.

Take it slow, slow and slower still, even running on the spot while you argue with the gremlins if you need to. I know I'm repeating what others say but that just proves it's the way forward.

A practice run is better than no run at all. Go for it, you can do it!
