4th Run after graduation

Having run every other day for the last two weeks my legs are kinda tired. It could be the truck load of chocolate I had for my birthday / Easter. But by the weekend it will be fine and back concentrating on losing the timber.

Run was slow and mindful. Nice and relaxed.

It's starting to become part of my life again and that's a powerful thing

Lovely to hear your news Beastie. I think you can be forgiven chocolate for such a double celebration 😁. Still no running for me ------- does running around at the playpark count ??? 🤣
