Gym again after work yesterday. Feeling determined and motivated. Rowing machne first - 3000mts completed, level 5, 18 mins !!! So chuffed with myself. Not only had I moved myself up one level on the rower, but knocked off 1 min 15 secs of Sunday's row. Onto the treadmill, today is 2nd run of week 1, wanted to push myself again so set incline at 2% rather than flat. Completed 2nd run and felt so proud of myself. I can do this. I am going to do this.
