Consider taking a break until they feel back to normal, in addition to adding in those strengthening exersices Oldfloss linked to! This was an issue for me as well. :)

Well done!!

My knee started hurting a few days ago after w2r2 but I noticed my running was a bit wonky. Its a lot better after stretching it out though so maybe just make sure you stretch really well before starting your next run?

Also my runs are done at the gym so I relax in the Jacuzzi after! 🙈 so maybe that or a nice hot bath after a run ?

Someone recommended Epsom salts in a bath after running- used them ever since-they work with muscle recovery, and, just laying in a warm bath makes me stretch my calves more (and for longer) so win-win👍

Thanks, i had a lovely long stretch and bath and they’re feeling a little better, I’ll get some Epsom Salts when I go out!

I started off with a small bag from boots to see if I liked them but they were costly (I bulk buy 10kilos from amazon/Ebay now🤣)

I can sympathize...I am now doing some yoga on my days off and concentrating on stretching legs, hips and back.
