Omg second one done. To be honest surprised myself never thought I would do day 2. The running was tough pins and needles again- checked trainers weren’t to tight and my calf’s felt really tight. I did the warm up walk and cool down and stretched at the end. Not sure what else to do. On the positive - again not like me usual half empty type of girl the time went quick didn’t feel like 30 mins. Hope third run will be the same if not better .
