W7R1 - finally these longer runs seem less scary

Second time for the 25 minute run after W6R3... and that definitely felt easier. I think the trouble with weeks 5 and 6 is that I built up the final non stop run to be this big scary thing and now that’s all I’m doing I just sort of got on with it 😀

Wow to think 6 weeks ago I felt knackered after 1 minute of running!

Oh and if anyone remembers my post about my W6R3 run, no tingly fingers this time, I made sure to move them about a bit (jazz hands) and not clench my fists in determination!

It really is amazing how far you progress and how quickly. At the start I was really doubtful I’d be able to do it but here I am!

Fab, the longer runs are ‘fun’ because you feel like you have the ‘I am a Runner’ vibe...
