Hello my fellow joggers/sprinters/crawlers.

I have just finished my Week 1, Run 2 and I must say I am not feeling as dreadful as I thought I would. I ventured outside today instead of using the treadmill and I must say that it was harder but it was also more enjoyable because I was out with the rest of my family which really pushed me to try my hardest (one might say I am a little competitive).

I must say that I do really feel that it has already got a bit easier so I am really looking forward to next week! And the seven weeks after that.

For any of you graduates or 8/9 weekers I was just wonder if you have found it easy to carry on running even after you have finished the programme because I would love to carry on!! Any advice would be appreciated highly!

Lots of love, and happy running.

SJ

Hi and very well done for starting the programme. You won't regret it!

I graduated recently and have been trying to focus on improving my speed and also increasing my distance.

There are some C25K+ podcasts that can help with progressing after C25K. Anyway, good luck with the running, and keep posting. 😀👍
