So after my week off -actually 8 days off - I realise that my final run may be around Delhi Airport during a long layover! Oh well, I shouldn't look so far ahead I still have week 7 to complete and may well need extra days off in week 8. Feels good to run 25mins though and so true that first 10 mins are the killers. Never in a million years thought I could get this far! Great programme. I'm on your heels, week 8ers!
