I haven’t posted in a while because I’ve been struggling to get back into the habit of running 3 times a week and it wasn’t enjoyable! But not only have I had 3 good runs consecutively- today I found a canary half way round my run. So definitely worth mentioning. I saw it cowering next to the curb in a bus stop and thought it was a discarded easter toy. When I realised it was alive I picked it up and brought it home with me hence the very funny looks! Now to try and reunite it with it’s owner 😊

Well I haven’t found an owner as yet but he definitely looks like a tweetie pie 🐥

I had a bright blue top on too so it stood out! I looked like I was taking my pet canary for a run!
