Hi Kaz,
I’m much the same; graduated in late 2016 and then went on a bit. Did a 5 mile run at Easter last year and then a 10k run in May and I hated it! Ran once or twice during last summer and then nothing till February this year.
I started from scratch on the programme again and I’m running for myself again - no parkrun or races on my horizon - and I’m loving it. I only did one run in each of Wks 1 and 2 but otherwise I’ve followed Laura to the letter.
Week 8 starts tomorrow and 28 minutes is as daunting this time around as it was last time but I know that Laura (and my old legs) will get me there.
Hurray for C25k and for you and the others of us starting over! We rock!!

Good for you. I graduated back in October but found it really difficult to keep going. Started from scratch again this year and about to re-complete week 8. Have just printed off barcodes for my local parkrun for Saturday. I know I will be walking half of it and have a target time of 55min or under, but I am hoping that doing a parkrun once a month may keep my motivation up. was easier second time around for first few weeks - but rest was just as hard! although I have found it easier running in the cold weather.
